Anyone ever get this alarm? I am now charging the car and the port seems to be working fine!
I received the same message after charging and accidentally hitting the port door, causing it to close. As soon as I cycled through a open/close using the touchscreen, the message disappeared.
I got it, it persisted, and they replaced the door.
My door is scheduled to be replaced Tuesday.
Any clue on the price to replace the door?
Same thing is happening to me. The SC told me I need to bring it in (10 days from now!).
Mine was also replaced.
