Charge port door on 2015 S opens randomly

It still works normally when opening for charging and closing afterwards. Tried rebooting the vehicle - any other ideas to resolve this?

When does it open randomly? Only while parked and as you walk up to it? Does it close by itself with 1 minute after opening randomly?

The behaviour seems to be that it opens itself while parked for a while, and stays open. When entering the car and driving off, it closes itself again.

Please make sure you are not opening the app occasionally and pressing the lightening bolt to check charging, as this opens up the port door. The app can also close the port door, but I think you must press lightening again to turn off charging info before closing the app for the door to close.
