Charge port door requires 2 attempts to open

Today I hit the icon on the screen. but nothing happened. I hit it like ten times, nothing. Then when I got out the port was opened.

Update 44.6 didn't fix it either. Well, partly fixed. It still shuts fast everywhere. It still takes 2 attempts to open it at home but stays open the first time anywhere else. Very weird sporadic bug. Oh well, it couls be worse...lol.

That's weird. 2021.44.5 fixed it for me. I figured it's just a software bug and didn't bother to contact Tesla service.

2021.44.6 and I can confirm the "quick close when removing charger" is happening on mine.

Mine is doing this on the recent update. First tap open close, send tap in the car stays open.

Charge port door has been working normally again on my 2019 Model 3 SR+ since updating to 2021.44.25.2 on Dec. 24.

Yeah, v11 seems to solve the charge port door issue... and breaks *everything* else.

After installing latest update 2021.44.25.2 it stopped happening to me. It did it with the previous software version, but not the ones before that. But the latest version has fixed it for me.
