Charge port LEDs may not illuminate

I searched and didn’t find anything so asking if anyone has had this warning:
“Charge port LEDs may not illuminate - charge port functionality not affected”
This is code CP_a012
Had this happen yesterday after charging at work. Did a 2 button reset and then a full power cycle and neither helped. Red T glows initially and when I plug in, LED goes dark but the car does charge. I’ll be putting in a service request shortly

Update: Mobile service visited today. He had not seen this particular error before. I was also now getting a second error indicating the charge port door may not open if pushed. He replaced the charge port and problem solved.
Related: This is my second mobile service experience and both were excellent. It's fantastic to avoid the hassle of taking the car to a service center.
