Forgive the noob question, I did try to search for an answer to this. I bought my model 3 in the USA, if it was shipped to europe, what options do I have for supercharging?

No supported ones. Though I think EVSE Adapters makes an, expensive, adapter that may work. But don't expect Tesla to provide any support for you there. (Warranty, repairs, maps, updates, etc.)
The Tesla CHAdeMO adapter will work in Europe, but is limited to 125A (50kW max).
If you're not in the military and don't get the special considerations they are afforded for registering foreign vehicles, just forget about taking a US spec Tesla to Europe.
