Charged for supercharging while a vehicle with free lifetime charging

I have a 2015 model s with lifetime free supercharging. I’ve owned it for over one year and this is the first I’ve experienced this.

Two days ago I was charged on my Tesla account for the kwh I got at Ritzville Wa supercharger. I removed my credit card from my account and called Tesla. They agreed it was an error and would look into it.

Today I charged in the new Spokane WA supercharger. No charge was shown on my Tesla account, however my credit card shows a 7.xx charge from the "Petro #339" which is a nearby truck stop which I did not go in or even leave my vehicle.

Anyone else experiencing this, if not start checking your account to be safe, I never had an issue until two days ago!

If it were me:
Cancel the card, have your bank reissue a NEW number. Due to fraud I do this annually anyway. They can charge it all day it won't matter.

That's great advice, I plan on starting to do that immediately.
