So my ChargePoint Flex started flashing yellow. Owners manual and FAQ don't mention yellow at all. Customer support indicated that it was stuck in bootloop.
They sent me a new unit within two days. But no instructions for how to remove the old one from the ChargePoint App so that I can add the new unit and configure it.
Has anyone done this before? I'm currently waiting for customer support to help.
