Charger Fuse Specs

Anyone here have a 3rd Gen onboard charger laying around that’s been opened up and could tell me the spec on the internal fuses? I know they are 40 amp but I’m looking for the type, part number and manufacturer.
I have attached a picture for reference.

Are they screwed or riveted into place???

Have you run the meter on them to see which are bad???

Yeah I saw that thread. My concern is the fuses could be different because his vehicle was an older model with master/slave charger setup.
