What happened is just common HK way of business, if they can pay, make them pay more

in HK many management office, they just follow the guide line from their corporated HQ, they don't care even if more EV in car park eventually reduce the loading of ventilation. they are 2 major operating cost in car park 1) lighting 2) Ventilation.
I hope developers could provide EV car park floor so that we and next generation don't need to takes waste air any more.
