Charger upgrades as of 30th June?

So I'm sure I missed out on this one (ordered end of May), but hadn't noticed anyone mention it... From the home charging installation page at the bottom:

That kinda implies all new vehicles are coming fitted with 23 amp per phase / 70A total on-board chargers and that they're not just limited to the high capacity battery packs any more...

70A charge capacity would be nice. I had dual chargers (80A) in my signature S85 but only single 48A in my 2017 90D. Since I have 100A HPWC I occasionally miss the faster charge but wasn’t worth the $1500 option charge.

This would be awesome since it's one feature I really wanted but wasn't offered on th 75D when I ordered 7/31!
