So the complex I live in is installing 40 of these Level 2 (240/40AMP) chargers at dedicated spots. I have been looking for info on these and have come up short.
From what I have found the setup is simple. you pull up, scan the QR code, then start charging.

They should be finished with the install and once the permit is approved with LA county, these go live.
Don't know the cost yet - it seems this is based on the property owner. Could be free up to a "premium"
It has a J1772 plug on the end. RIght now I have Level 1 (16 Amp/ 2kw) at my spot (free juice ) so i'm happy to be getting this faster solution, but the jury is still out on what the cost will be. This box is also at my spot so there will be no need to unplug and move after the charge is complete.
Anyway, just posting to see if anyone has these in their home or office or complex.
