What caught my eye was "addition of new charging equipment". Perhaps something publicly available such as an urban supercharger ?

Woo Hoo!! About time! Hated running to far N Austin for service all the time. This will take some of the load off Pond Springs and mesh well with the new txla factory

With the opening of the St. Elmo Public Market, it wouldn't surprise me if this location had superchargers that are publicly available. This area is going to draw a lot of people.

Old thread, but now I think it is clear that this is a new Tesla Service Center option for Austin. If you look at scheduling service in the Tesla app starting in July, this location shows up. There is charging in place, but only for Tesla test drive vehicles. When I drove around the building a couple of weeks ago there were no signs of public super charger installation. Only the type of charging used for test drive vehicles / Tesla employees.
