Charging Equipment not recognized

From past few days my new X is not charging.... it says Chargin equipment not recognized. I tried stopping ciruit breaker and also different suepr chargers no use.... It is charging for few instance but 90% it says Charging equipment not recognized. Its very frustrating.
Did scheduled for service in 2 weeks.

Any suggestions.
