just got my new model X delivered and I'm planning Europe road trip as holiday. Sales person at Tesla said that charging at super charger are free (no costs) due to referral code of friend who drives Model X as well. So in the Netherlands I don't pay for charging at super charges. How about super charges in the rest of Europe? Like Germany, Austria, Italy, France etc. Is charging at super charges in Europe also free at no costs? Thanks for the feedback.
Yes, if you've used a referral code that gives you free supercharging for your vehicle with the supercharger network wherever you drive. With UK fuel prices now at about GBP1.30/L (about USD6.5/gallon) I'm glad of free supercharging. Planning a long road trip?
