Not sure how much data is stored by the mothership, but I'll ask:

Could Tesla provide a prospective buyer with the full charging history of the CPO car they're considering?

Perhaps the question is, rather, will they?

Thanks in advance for any info,

If the experiences most are having with the CPO program are any indicator I'd say probably not.

People worry too much about the battery. If anything was truly detrimental to the battery life the car wouldn't let it be possible.

What you only really need to know is what is the current 100% charge versus new. What happened in between doesn't really matter.

As Mazz said, don't worry too much about it.

You also want to know if the car throttling fast charging, and if not, how many DC charges it is away from doing so.

Tesla won't provide you with any history on your CPO that is not required by law.

If you want it your best bet is to become friendly with the service staff. They can look it up and they might share it with you. They wouldn't print mine out but read the history to me. YMMV

I think this is total BS.

Based on accident reports from the news, Tesla most certainly can track charging states as well as throttle position and braking. Short answer: no you can't see it.
