Charging in Thunder Bay, ON

I am driving up to Thunder Bay next week from Minneapolis and trying to find good charging options. I will hit the Duluth SC and charge to nearly 100%, then might stop and charge a little more in Lutsen, MN, but I will need to charge again in Thunder Bay to be able to make it back. I got excited when Abetterrouteplanner.com showed a supercharger in Thunder Bay, but alas, it is "coming soon". I saw the charger at the Valhalla, but I am not staying there and also read a review that you can't really count on using that one.

Does anyone have suggestions where to charge in TB?

Red: Not recommended for use (ScotiaBank Charger - KSI)
Yellow: Car dealerships, they might not want you to charge your car there, although no reports of that yet
Green: Campsites or KOAs, usually NEMA-1450 outlets
Blue: Hotels, Best Western outside TB or Valhalla Inn.
White: Ontario Service or Ontario Power Generation chargers, free with positive comments.

There are quite a few J1772s around town and there are two home locations with Tesla and a 14-50.

Petro Canada level 3 apparently up and running in TBay
