Wondering if anyone in the SF Bay Area has gone on a road trip to North Lake Tahoe, looking for a place to charge near the Carnelian Bay or Northstar area. Going to the wooden boat show and Shakespeare at Sand Harbor and staying at the Hyatt, Northstar.

You're in luck - the Hyatt Incline Village has 2 14-50's. Just arrange through valet parking. I put up the pics in recargo

Maybe they'd let you use to charge for a few hours over dinner even if you're not a guest? Just convince them you'll be gambling in the hotel casino the whole time you're waiting for the charge :)

EDIT - Just noticed you already have reservations. Why not try and talk to their maintenance staff and see if they have a dryer plug or something you can hook up to with an adapter? Or at the very least, a 110 outlet to get a few miles overnight. I'd call the Firelite lodge guy, and see if you can pay to charge for a few hours while eating nearby, or relaxing on the beach, so you have enough charge to get back over the summit and can stop at Clipper Creek before heading to the Folsom supercharger.

I'm cataloging hotels with EV chargers on-site as reported by Tesla owners at http://dcubed.com/evmap/
