Right now my Utility provider is offering up to $1800 off a Tesla powerwall. Does anyone utilize a home battery to charge their tesla?

I would jump on that right away. What you could do is also switch to the off peak plan. During the night, charge the powerwall and your Tesla. If you need to charge your Tesla during the day or use air conditioning, use the power from the powerwall - you will save a lot of money. What utility are you with? I wish mine was doing the same (Electrical District #3).

I am with SRP in Arizona! My only concern is how long the ROI would be on the cost of the battery vs the energy savings.
