One way is to make signs. Another way is to buy some orange traffic cones (or whatever is used in China) and place them in front of each charging stall. Tesla owners will know they are to move the cones and replace the cones when done. Hopefully that will prevent people from parking there. Do tell Tesla China about this and ask them for help.

'Swoop' charging is easier and why deprive those regulars from using the same spots as they did before SpC was built. Just paint the roadway, which seems pretty wide enough anyway.

Does this happen often at Supercharger sites in Beijing?

This site located in a parking-lot of a mall. This often happens in the place like that. I don't know who is responsible for that in US, but Tesla China must coordinate with the management of the mall about the problem, because they don't have the duty to ensure tesla owner's to charge anytime they need.
