Charging port can't be opened.

Recently,i saw many posts in Facebook about the problem that Charging port can't be opened.
I have experienced this problem before,i want to share the method I solve it.
That is:
Charging gun aim at charging port ,keep the distance around 10cm, and hold the button for 5 seconds, the port will open.

Or you can go inside the car and use the touch screen
