Charging Port

I have 2016 Model X. I am having problems opening the door to open the charging port, then when it opens I can not get the port to open to change. There is no green, blue the rainbow light . Anyone else I’ve this problem? Thank you in advance.

I know this sounds stupid, but perhaps try rebooting your model x by pressing and holding both scroll wheels until the screen goes completely dark

and if that doesn't work, a possible cause of the door problem could be that the rubber on one of the door seals has been damaged, or your car door is slightly misaligned. Unfortunately, misaligned doors are not a new problem for Teslas. If this is really the problem, note that warranty will most probably not cover this damage. I have tried my best at guessing how to solve your problem but you should really just take the car to the Tesla service center to assess the damage- if there is any.

Do you have any error codes
Such as "Unable to Charge"?

Have Tesla check out the charging ECU. I had a similar problem recently. Not a major fix.
