Charging problem

Today I plugged my Roadster into the UMC at 40A as I have always done and momentarily got a "Charging Problem" error screen on the VDS. The popup disappeared and charging continued normally.
I can't reproduce the problem. Could this be due to a transient dip in voltage?
Thanks.

Yes it can. It is not uncommon for me to get a warning or an error like that. So unless you start to see it every month or so I let it go.

Was it raining very hard or very moist outside? If so, I've seen similar problems.

Sometimes it goes away directly. If not, you might have to take it out for a drive and really hit the pedal. It's just a sensor which has moisture on it.

Widodh it is bone dry out here in CA. Has not rained in weeks and I have not washed the car in a month.
