Tesla Motors Club

I have a model Y (my third Tesla) and a walk connector that I've been charging at home with for a few years. Recently, the car has restricted charging to 16 out of 48A on 240V, or, when using 120V, takes a very long time to finally come up to the 12A. Both receptacles take almost a full two minutes to finally come off of 1 or 2A (which I assume is the car checking the power to makes sure it's happy before ramping up).

Tesla said it was a PCS issue and replaced it in my car. The problem persisted.

I have narrowed down my charging issues to just my house. Everything charges fine at any other location, including with others' chargers as well as bringing mine. Voltage and hertz both check fine, and there's only 30A being drawn on the rest of the house when I was going through everything this morning.

What am I missing?
