Charging stopped

Looking for some guidance with a charging issue I just started having? I have a SolarEdge EV charging inverter that I charge my Model 3 with using the supplied J1772 Tesla adapter. The last two days I got the following message “charging stopped”, along with the warning message “Unable to AC charge - Unplug and retry. Or try DC Fast Charging/Supercharging”. The code associated with the warning is “CPa058. On both occasion after unplugging and plunging back in the car charged for the last couple miles.

I must say that the car sat plugged in for three days when this happened.

Last night I disconnected from the SolarEdge EV charger and plugged the supplied Tesla Gen 2 Mobile Connector into the car and did not get any warnings.

I’m wondering if my J1772 adapter my be going bad? Here are screenshots I took.

thanks for any help
