Charging via Tesla App Issue

Seems like lately whatever percentage I set to charge my Model 3 via the Tesla App, it's often at least 2% lower or higher. It used to be right on the money but for whatever reason it's not anymore. This seems ridiculous to me, if I set it to charge to 80% that's what I want, not 78% or 82%.

I have the same issue in the last few months. For the first 1.5 years it always charged to 90%. Now it is always stopped at 89%.

Now recently it charged 16% over what I set it to.
