Tesla's least expensive charging option is the MC120.


This plugs into a 120V NEMA5-15 or NEMA5-20 socket.

They say that it normally charges about 4 miles per hour connected (12amps) resulting in about 48 hours to get a full charge.
If you change the VDS to pull 16 amps (when using NEMA5-20) then you get about 5 miles for every hour connected resulting in about 37 hours to get a full charge.
