Depends on how far you drive on your driving days!

You can count on 5mi/hr of charge from a decent 120V outlet. That's 120 miles per 24 hours.

(moderator note: OP says "model s on order", so moving to the model S subforum for specific advice for model S vehicles. Model 3s and Ss charge at different rates so this advice might be slightly different for S than 3 (or not).

Maybe, but don’t. Get a real 240v charging solution.
