Any tesla owners interested in sharing info for charging!? I need a charge when on the road. Prefer a 70 amp HPC. Let me know please. Frank Landfield. 760-617-7666. I will share my charger here in palm desert, California. It's a nema 14-50, 50 amp, solar powered.
I also can give you info on other chargers in the area.

It should help with finding people willing to share their chargers quite a bit

PlugShare is great.

Also check out Electric Cars - Charging Stations - Recargo and Find Stations - ChargePoint Network . ChargePoint and Blink stations are easier to use with access cards. Register online. I've never encountered one where I had to pay, but the access card was convenient. Be sure to upload the apps for all of these to your phone. And don't forget about RV parks (will need your UMC ).

Hopefully you have a J1772 adapter... that opens up your options substantially. Many of the Tesla HPC charging stations have been converted.
