Good new's. The Charlotte SC has a Super Charger now. Topped off after a 12 V battery replacement. Also got to drive the X. Also there is a new Tesla store in the Nordstrom Bldg. South Park.

So, we had to know how this works... This is only available during business hours - they lock the gates after hours.
The service doors on the right side of the building, have 3" or 4" holes that they feed the cable through. When we tested it there were 2 doors with cables fed through (more doors had the holes).

That is correct. The Supercharger(s) have been for the Service Team since the Charlotte location opened. However, they have always helped obliged and connected cars during business hours to help you get by (assuming the Service Bay wasn't locked off for various reason and thus, they couldn't feed the cord through). They have always been more than willing to let me plug in when I was in a bind.
