Driving my buddies sr with mpp coilovers and nankang ar 1 tires. Was a fun few laps and state of charge was in the 60s I believe. I have a performance to compare it to and this thing with the lighter weight and coilover setup was a dream to drive on the track.

This was using track addict app and race render on pc. The phone was in the center console so that's why speeds vary weirdly the GPS signal wasn't great
It was recorded on a gopro 8. The performance model 3 can use the track mode telemetry though into the same app and it has tons of info you cna make gauge for. If you look at one of the other vids on the channel you'll see what I mean. Kw pwr, state of charge, Temps etc.. And obviously the speed is 100 percent accurate then too

How hard is it to take the Track addicts data and put it with the tesla video and data? I am going to Mid Ohio with my Tesla on Friday. Will be using the factory track mode video along with my Garmin Catalyst to record the action.

I actually made a post just for how to Overlay it in race render using the model 3 Performance telemetry. There's a little trick because it resets the timer every lap in the recording so you have to go in and edit the Excel file. If you click my name and go to my other post you'll see one about recording the Telemetry and overlay.
How did you do that without track mode? I thought the traction control would fight with you too much on a track.

What's funny about that is if you look at my other video that said chasing and passing porsches, people got really mad and told me they are just bad drivers and I shouldn't put pass then I have another one catching passing a supercharged zo6 but I caught him and he exited track so people got mad about that too haha
I've never tracked my model 3, but I recently traded my LR RWD for an AWD without having done any test drives. Upon pulling out of the Tesla lot when I took delivery, I realized right away I would miss the driving dynamics of my RWD. The difference is very noticeable even with daily driving.
This video is a great example of how I see ICE sports cars now- much ado about nothing. The amount of noise and effort they seem to generate is embarrassed by the silence and seemingly effortless flow of an electric car. Internal combustion engines are tryhards. Well done

LOL, some folks like the visceral experience of driving a roarty dinosaur slurping ICE beast. Oh, and stirring a gearbox too. My Tesla is fun to drive, but it's nowhere near as fun as my Vette.

I just still can't get over when I get into a gas car and go fast and I'm like, what the hell is all this noise, I'm only going 70
