I own a non comptible homelink gate opener (somfy freevia). The motor has a 24DC output.

I set the receiver on standard 433MHz and I paired it with an unsed remote controle I had. The car learned the remote.
Tip: link the antenna of the rx multi to the antenna of the motor to extend the reception range
