In most browsers it refreshes from the source instead of from cache.

ctrl-F5 forces a cache refresh, guarantees if there is new content it will be displayed.

Do you happen to have 2 people in your contact information?

What happened to me, I was suppose to be the main contact, but somehow they sent all the notification email to my wife's contact (secondary). So i didn't find out until a few weeks later.

I can confirm. One email address on the account, no email, but I can configure now.

Same here - I can now order Model 3 with estimated delivery in 4 weeks. I am in the New Orleans area (that would be a Houston, TX delivery), current Model S owner (I'm on my third one) and made my reservation immediately when available to make online on the evening of March 31, 2016.

I did not receive an email.

Am in Hawaii, 1st day res holder- probably first 10 of owners-- and I can configure. Says Delivery in 4 weeks. Somehow am thinking that's just a template answer. Wasn't expecting any Hawaii deliveries until 2nd quarter at earliest.

Not for me, but I reserved a week after the reveal so probably only for owners with day 1 reservations.
