FWIW, here's a relatively cheap mobile EVSE that allows for 24A charging on a 10-30 plug and can charge up to 32A on a 14-50.

In this ad EVSEadapters, Inc does not disclose either the gauge of the wire used (on each section) or the voltage drop during usage at the various charge rates. Imo they should do this otherwise potential customers will ask themselves "why is this so cheap?" Cheaping out on copper here means that you will be heating your already hot (likely) garage with the wasted energy instead of charging the EV battery.

Isn't the Bolt wired for 80kW charging?

No. It can do something like 160A x pack voltage, so something like 56kW max. I haven't seen a good graph of the charging curve yet.
