I just had mine done with red badges at Austin Detailing along with front end xpel paint protection and tint . I am very happy with their work and would recommend to any Austin Tesla owners, they are right down the street from Tesla Center!

Old guy here, who's been driving dad cars for the past 20 years. Got a M3 SR+ in April and loving it.

Somehow, I missed the whole chrome delete style movement. When did this become a thing? I tried to google chrome delete but all I get back is how to remove the Chrome browser from your device.

Lol. People are just trying to get rid of all the chrome ascents on their cars. It makes it "sportier" and not old fashion/old car like. :)
Also makes it faster and more efficient too!

I guess it's a generational thing. Chrome was sporty in my youth (50s-60s-70s), and looks right to me. Now I guess it's old-fashioned, just like me.

You still didn't tell me when it started. 2010s? I never even noticed it until I joined this forum.
