Chrome Delete on Red MX

We took delivery about 1.5 weeks ago and took it in right away for a chrome delete and caliper job. Couldn’t be happier with how the car came out. If you’re up in the Bay Area, CA, highly recommend the guys at Stealth Labs in Belmont. 1800 out the door for the full chrome delete and red caliper paint job. Would do it again in a heart beat.

Yup. I find that chrome delete on a red Tesla makes the most difference, followed closely by white.

Yes, though the Tesla emblem is like a sticker thing and they added a clear coat on top. Here’s a pic they sent me midway through.

I sometimes regret not paying for the professional chrome delete, but seeing others drop $1K for it, quickly negates that thought (I spent about $30 w/Plasti-Dip and materials).

And to OP -- looks damn nice. I was never fond of red until I saw this thread. Get the front windows tinted and I would call it nearly perfect.

Looks awesome from about a foot or more away. Once you veer close enough, you can tell the difference due to the granularity of the plasti-dip.

I paid less than 1k out the door for full chrome delete and ceramic tint. They used a black satin film and painted the " Tesla" on the back.
