I often get asked, "how do I care for my vinyl?"

Keep dirt/grime/bird poop/dead bugs from building up on the vinyl and that'll prolong its life. Vinyl at the end of the day is a temporary modification so do keep that in mind. I know there's detail sprays out there for vinyl you can buy to clean/protect them, so feel free to try them on a small spot to see how it affects your film before you start spraying it every where.

Neat project. Brushed Black vinyl wrap on the chrome pieces. Definitely a refreshing twist to the matte back setup.

This is a little different! Typically I use vinyl wrap to do a chrome delete since it's temporary, but I definitely am liking the look of painting the chrome pieces on this X. Even got the door handles color matched to the pearl white. I'm convinced color matched door handles on Teslas is the way to go. Painted the T logos in a sporty gloss red to make it pop.

I think pictures came out a little dark since it's indoors but once we're done with everything, I'll try to take some better shots outside in the sunlight.

We're tinting the whole car in Photosync (sides/back, front windshield), clearbra protecting the whole car in ClearGuard Nano, and doing a paint correction and ceramic coating as well. Check out my other threads to see shots of those work in progress as we begin.

Some more pictures of brushed black chrome delete. Definitely really unique--a refreshing take on the popular black chrome delete.

Been doing a lot of brushed black center consoles lately, but here's the good ol' matte black for that sportier look.

All of our center console wraps are custom trimmed.

And...back to the brushed look today with another Model 3 we're currently having the pleasure of working on.

Just got finished up with a Model S with the Prior Design body kit. Definitely makes the nose cone/pre-face lift S looks a lot more updated and refreshed! We did a chrome delete via paint and wrapped the handles with carbon fiber.

Just wrapped up another black brushed aluminum vinyl on the center console. Clients are loving the modern looking upgrade on it!

Something a little different for a chrome delete. Instead of vinyl wrapping, we went with painting. Matte black on all the chrome pieces. Turned out really nice and it's clean. It's a little more of a maintenance but it does offer a cleaner result.

Model 3 with some more chrome delete action. Matte black vinyl but on the doors, we color matched the handles to the car color. Really nice clean look.

Quick pics of a black Model 3 we chrome deleted in gloss black. Talk about blacked out!

We also fitted custom made Vossen Wheels in gloss black to go with the color scheme.

    very nice work!
What vinyl did you use for the grey model 3?
I've been trying to find a color match for the midnight silver and the red.
All the versions of pearl white that I've seen don't match 100% either.

I am trying to find vinyl colors that best match the various OEM colors to do chrome delete on the handles, mirror bases, and trim.

I wasn't sure how gloss black chrome delete would look on a black 3, but I really like it! It's like a classier blackout compared to matte black.

Not sure what to recommend, as we offer painting for clients looking to match body color.
