Chrome lug nut cap removal?

The Model X wheels have a chrome plastic lug nut cover, covering the nut and I have tried to remove them without luck. I don't want to damage the plastic cover, so there must be a tool i can buy. Stopped at 3 tire stores and they said they just yank them off with pliers, but it can and does scratch them... not what I want to happen. If you have purchased this tool can you say where you obtained it and I will purchase one quickly.

Just got the plastic cap removal tool and it works perfectly. Thanks again for the suggestion. Ordered a second one to keep as a spare.

I have never found a Service Center willing to sell parts, excellent work! Seems to have fallen off the online store, for some reason.
