Claiming Ownership For A Lease Car

Hi,
This has probably been asked before but I’ll struggling and need some help with this.
I have a Model 3 Long Range being delivered on Thursday this week, it’s a company car on lease and I now have the VIN.
I’ve been trying to claim ownership within my account in the website but it doesn’t seem to like the photo uploads and won’t complete the process.
Has anyone experienced this?
I’m keen to claim the vehicle so I can set up the app on my phone.

You likely wont be able to do that until after the car is delivered. At least, in the US thats how it would work.

This is true. If they gave people access before they would go crazy tracking and playing around with it. If I remember right I had access before I left the delivery center.

I picked up my company lease car today (M3 LR AWD) and the car was added to the app a few hours later. Nothing for you to do, it happens by 'magic'

I’m still struggling to claim ownership on the website, have tried to upload the lease documents etc but it won’t accept the upload. Did you have any hassle with that?

You shouldn’t have to. They should have setup the initial owner automatically.

The app has literally just started to work, happy days!
Also it will be preheated tomorrow just because I can.
