Claiming Ownership of Leased Vehicle

Hi - can anyone advise how to claim ownership of a vehicle which has been leased - should this be set up by the Leasing company ???

I have the app working OK on my phone and can also use phone as key, however, I can't access things like "manage" in my account as I can't get past the claim ownership page.

Leases in the US seem to work different than they do in the UK, so I am moving this to the UK subforum.
