Has anyone inquired about getting an exemption to the sticker requirement to NYS HOV Clean Pass program. The benefit is terrific however I am not too keen on defacing my $100k Tesla with 4 large ugly stickers.

I just got the Clean Pass stickers for my Roadster. It was a little less painful as I have the body armor on top of the paint. It never feels good to put stickers on such a beautiful car but it beats sitting in traffic on the LIE!

    I feel the pain

I applied, received the stickers, but cannot bear to actually stick them to my car. I saw another MS with them, and really really did not like it.

In this day and age, I cannot believe that we have to resort to silly stickers.

After much hand-wringing I just put the NY cleanpass stickers on the car. The only one that still really bothers me is the front one. In the future if NY switches to an EV license plate system instead of stickers like MA does, I'll just have them professionally removed and get the special plate.
