Cleaning and polishing the terminals?

Has anyone ever spent some time cleaning and polishing the terminals? has it made any noticeable difference? Just bored and fancy a tinker lol.

I thought about it doing it but never got around to it, you want to go fancy clean with wire brush and use low ohm silver conductive grease (not epoxy).

Mine are slathered with silver conductive grease already. I was too lazy to clean all that off before polishing so I didn't do it. Then I'd have to re-apply the antioxidant grease. Maybe it's worth it for a junction that takes over 600 amps!
