Cleaning inside of windshield

It looks as though there is some outgassing from the interior materials that is leaving a slight fog on the interior of the windows, especially visible on the windshield. What are the preferred methods for cleaning the inside of windows?

I like to keep one of these type products in the glove box of all my cars. Then I can grab it and do a quick touch up while stopped at a light.

I've had my P85 since early 2013 - and what has worked best is the combination of a microfiber cloth - with water.

And, I carry a microfiber cloth in the center console, and can use it to quickly clean up spots between cleaning.

I have a dumb question - how hard is it to reach all spots on the windshield? Was doing some practice detailing on my mom's Escape this weekend and I was surprised how far I had to reach - and how uncomfortable it was - to get to all spots.
