Cleaning the AC evaporator in 2016 post-refresh S

Our 2016 Model S that is post refresh (after the first refresh that is) has developed an issue where the AC smells of vinegar when first starting. Looking online, this appears to be caused by a dirty evaporator. The problem is, I have no idea how to access it. Googling this returns countless guides for only cleaning the Model 3/Y evaporator core. I've already tried doing an o-zone treatment several times. That seems to help for maybe a few weeks, but the smell then returns (I did remove the interior filter and pointed the o-zone machine at the air intake to insure there was plenty of o-zone getting to the evaporator). Any suggestions on where the evaporator is and how to access it? I plan to spray evaporator cleaner directly onto it and hopefully flush out whatever is causing the smell.
