Geofencing appears to be vehicle and not driver based.
With my last ICE (a Lexus), the navigation system allowed geofencing to block routing through areas, helping to force the navigation software to avoid driving through some locations. The UI provided a list of stored geofenced locations, which could be edited, allowing the locations to be deleted.
With the Tesla software, it appears the only two options are to delete all user data or try to quickly delete a geofenced suspension setting as it is very briefly displayed.
At least the geofencing status for opening the FWDs stays on the display while the vehicle is parked, so you have a lot of time to delete that setting.
