That's not bad - figure 10-20W assuming 250 Wh/mi. Still some room for improvement, IMO, but quickly approaching the point of diminishing returns.I expected vampire drain to be high but it is suprsingly low...only a mile or two per day

If it’s like the S, the manual is stored on the hard drive and is accessed through Settings. It updates with updates to the car.Wow, super. You're the first I know of. How many pages?

Just FYI, as reported a while back, this is an incomplete draft manual. Take contents with grain of salt.Full manual was leaked a while back, here is the link:

@K-MTG So have you determined that this random noise is related to the continuous charge top-off events? (Does it stop if you unplug the car?)
The forum or @Trev Page ?That’s the old one. There is a new complete one dated Dec 21’st. I got a PDF of it from M3OC.
Do you have climate controlled turned on in the vehicle? If so, perhaps turn it off then see what happens. My guess is the clicks are the contacts and the whirling is the climate control fans.
I turn it off before exiting the car
So there goes my theory. But just wondering, why do you turn off the heat before exiting? Don't you just have to turn it on again when you return to drive the vehicle? The only thing I turn off before exiting is the passenger's heated seat if my wife had turned it on, since the car will turn the back ones off but not the front ones, which I find odd. It treats the front heated seats like the climate control and keeps the settings when you return. That makes sense for the climate control but I see no need for that with the front heated seats.
Sounds like a plan!PM one of the new owners and ask if they will email you a PDF copy
