Clicking Glovebox is a non option on model 3

Hello!
My Tesla model 3 glovebox is a non clickable option to open. I have manually opened the box because I had important documents that I needed to take out but when I go to the controls screen and click the button, it does not turn blue, the glovebox does not click, nothing. Has this happened to anyone?

We were just in our Tesla Model 3 and I opened the glovebox 2times using the screen controls. I've never had a problem with this.

Push steering wheel button on right side and say “open glove box “.
