Wrote this as a reply to a related post earlier, but thought it best to post separately for an answer here:

Today I picked up my MS today!

Awesome!

Here is the issue though.

I left the car at a SC,went in target and upon returning, a notification is present across the face of my watt/mile gauge that says "Climate Off".

The only thing I did while away from the car was log onto mytesla app and play around with the features.

Once back in the car, I have manipulated every function trying to make the notification disappear.

I've tried:
Turned the climate on and off in the car.
Turning the climate on and off on the app.
Turned car off
Closed app
It will not go away.

The AC still turns on and off correctly, the notice is annoying because it covers my gauge.

Any thoughts??

Sounds like a weird state you've gotten the car into. Try as you say, reboot the display. If that doesn't work, a complete turn off and on of the car through the 17" panel is worth a shot.

Go into the App and turn climate on from there... leave it on.
Then go to the car and see what's up.
Maybe the message is gone?

Go to the SC again, and go through a charge cycle.
Maybe that turns the climate on / off and takes care of the message... ?

just guesses / trying to offer ideas

Interesting result.
When I arrived home, the cars battery was low so I plugged it into the wall.

Came back out shortly after to readdress the problem and it was gone!

Nothing had worked till I plugged it in.

Apparently your suggestion worked.

Interesting thing about this car, at least initially, it has the feeling like I'm operating a home computer at times.

..the feeling sticks with you... get used to it!

All the 'convenience apps' are at various stages of completeness and correctness... each firmware update brings a share of new issues... and on and on and on it goes...
