Clipper Creek HCS-40P - Anyone Using for MX 90D?

I have a Clipper Creek HCS-40P that I use for my Volt. I recently ordered a MX 90D and am wondering if anyone happens to use this charger for their 90D. I spoke to Clipper Creek and they have quoted 11.5-12 hours from completely empty to completely full. I normally charge at night, so I'm guessing this wouldn't be too big of a problem. I hate to replace the Clipper Creek if I don't have to, but was hoping to get some feedback from users of this unit if there are any out there.

Absolutely it will work. I use one at home that I had bought for my previous i3. The only caveat is you have to use the J1772 to Tesla adapter that is included with the car.

It will work just fine with the Tesla adapter.

To put some numbers on it, for my X 75D:

HCS-40P with J1772 adapter: 22mi/hr, 8kW
Tesla charger plugged straight into the NEMA 14-50: 28mi/hr, 10kW
