The rationalization that allowed them to do this with a straight face is too much. I bet someone from the tobacco industry is now in the coal industry's marketing dept. "Let's not fix the emissions problem, let's just dispense cool-looking inhalers so that it's cool to have asthma!!"

My brain hurts just thinking about the meeting where this was approved.
