Cold affect 400V recharge

    What I understand from it is that EV without battery pack temperature control (the Leaf as an example) cannot start charging at full pace when the pack is very cold, to avoid damaging it until the charging itself increase the temperature of the pack.

    The Model S in the other hand would most likely arrives at the charging station with a warm pack (heated) or at least being actively heated at the beginning of the charge so it should be a non-issue.
